Asynchronous voice note coaching is perfect for parents, caregivers, people with chronic illness— anyone whose life doesn't fit neatly into scheduled calls. Human, mom, and deeply concerned about the world we’re leaving for the next generation.
I help wellness practitioners build sustainable practices rooted in cycles, intuition, and pleasure — through relationships, retention, and ethical marketing, not hustle, algorithms, or constant reinvention.
Rooted in the belief that care work is not a commodity— when care workers are resourced, they stay in their work, and that ripples outward.
I'm also 100% unemployable and I like it that way. If that resonates, we'll probably get along.
A Note on Pricing
Most of my group and online offers are sliding scale. This one isn't — my 1:1 work is what sustains my business, and my life. I'm supporting three kids and living in one of the more expensive cities in the country.
What I do offer: payment plans. Always.
