A few things you might be wondering

You want a business that makes good money.
You also want to like your life.

Those things are not mutually exclusive.

Is this business coaching?

Yes—but probably not the kind you're used to.

This is regenerative, seasonal business strategy for wellness practitioners who want to build a boutique practice around meaningful work, strong relationships, and a life they actually want to live.

We look at the whole ecosystem of your business: your offers, clients, pricing, marketing, retention, referrals, capacity, and the season you're in.

The goal isn't to do more. It's to build something that works, all year round.

What does "boutique practice" mean?

A boutique practice is intentionally designed around depth rather than volume.

It prioritizes meaningful client relationships, excellent work, repeat business, referrals, and enough space to actually enjoy practicing.

You don't need to build an empire.

You can build a beautiful, sustainable business that fits your life. And like anything alive, it has seasons.

What does "regenerative" mean?

It means your business gives something back.

To you. To your clients. To your community.

Instead of treating your business like a machine that needs constant feeding, we treat it like a living ecosystem.

That means looking at your energy, capacity, seasons, relationships, money, and the actual work you want to be doing.

Sustainability over hustle. Depth over volume. Trust over manipulation.

What does the Wheel of the Year have to do with business?

The Wheel of the Year is an eight-point seasonal cycle—the same rhythm nature moves through.

Most business advice expects every month to perform the same. Nature doesn't work that way, and neither does your practice.

So we plan with the seasons instead of against them.

Winter roots and rests. Spring plants new offers. Summer grows and gets seen. Fall harvests—and lets go of what didn't work.

What does working with the seasons actually look like?

It looks like a plan with room to breathe.

You shape and launch new offers when there's energy rising. You plan visibility for when you can actually show up for it. Each fall, you look honestly at what's working and release what isn't. And in winter, you rest, for real, without treating a quiet month as a failure.

Your practice stops running on one setting: full output, all the time.

Do I need to be spiritual or witchy?

No.

You don't need any spiritual background. Just a willingness to notice that your energy already moves in seasons, whether your business plan admits it or not.

And if you light a candle at every sabbat? You'll feel right at home.

Do I need more clients?

Maybe. Maybe not.

Sometimes the answer is more visibility. Sometimes it's better retention. Sometimes your pricing, offers, schedule, or client experience need attention.

We figure out where the actual gap is before adding another strategy to your plate.

Because more clients aren't always the answer.

Sometimes you need to go deeper with the right ones.

Can I really grow without being on social media all the time?

Yes.

Boutique practices aren't built for volume. They're built around a smaller number of right-fit clients who stay, return, and refer.

That means the marketing strategies designed to generate endless leads and constant visibility often don't make sense here.

Your marketing might look like referrals, relationships, partnerships, email, community, SEO, or other ways of becoming known by the right people.

Social media is optional.

The goal isn't to avoid marketing. It's to build a way of being found that supports depth over volume—and doesn't require you to become a full-time content creator.

What if I already have a full practice?

Then we may have even more to work with.

A full calendar doesn't automatically mean a sustainable business. You can be fully booked and still be underpaid, exhausted, unable to take time off, or stuck in a cycle where you have to keep working to keep the money coming in.

A boutique practice is a different business model.

It isn't built around insurance volume. It's built around right-fit clients, deeper relationships, retention, referrals, and a practice designed around the work you want to do.

If you currently have a full insurance-based practice, this is a 360° look at what it would take to shift toward a boutique model—from your offers and pricing to client relationships, retention, referrals, and marketing.

The goal isn't simply to have a fuller calendar.

It's to build a practice that can support you.

What if my bookings are inconsistent?

That's exactly the kind of problem we can investigate.

Instead of immediately telling you to "get more leads," we'll look at the whole client journey:

How are people finding you? Why are they choosing you? What happens after they book? Why do they return—or not? What creates referrals?

Often, the opportunity isn't more reach.

It's creating more depth, clarity, and continuity within the relationships you already have.

And sometimes a slow month isn't a problem at all. It's a season. We'll learn to tell the difference.

What if I hate marketing?

You're probably not going to love every part of running your business.

But you don't have to build a business around tactics that make you feel gross.

We'll focus on ethical, relationship-based marketing that feels more like connection than persuasion.

No manufactured urgency. No manipulation. No pretending everyone needs what you're selling.

Do I need to know my niche?

Not necessarily. We can work on that.

You do need enough clarity that the right people can understand what you do and recognize themselves in it.

Rather than forcing yourself into a tiny niche, we'll look at the body of work you want to be known for and the people you're uniquely equipped to serve.

What if I have too many ideas?

Excellent.

We won't necessarily add more.

One of the most useful things we can do is figure out what to stop doing. Think of it as pruning.

You will likely leave with fewer offers, fewer marketing channels, fewer priorities, and a much clearer sense of what actually matters.

Less. On purpose.

What if I'm already doing all the "right" things?

Then let's question whether they're the right things for you.

You can follow every business podcast, download every free guide, and implement every expert's strategy—and still end up with a business that doesn't fit.

We'll look underneath the tactics.

What's true? What's yours? What's actually working?

Is this for practitioners who want to scale?

If by "scale" you mean constantly increasing clients, revenue, employees, products, and output—probably not the focus.

If you want to make more money, create more stability, deepen your impact, and build a business that supports your life, absolutely.

This is about depth over scale.

Who do you work with?

I work with wellness practitioners (and micro-practice owners) whose work depends on their presence, expertise, energy, and relationships.

That includes bodyworkers, massage therapists, chiropractors, herbalists, acupuncturists, somatic practitioners, coaches, and other service-based wellness professionals.

If your hands, heart, brain, or presence are central to the work—you may be in the right place.

Do I have to be anti-capitalist?

You don't need to use the same language I do.

But if you're questioning the standard hustle → scale → optimize → repeat model and want to build something more human, sustainable, and values-aligned, we'll probably have a lot to talk about.

My work is informed by an anti-capitalist lens, ecofeminist values, the turning of the seasons, and 20+ years working in wellness.

What don't you do?

No paid ad management. No daily social media strategy or content calendars. No high-pressure funnels or launches. No influencer-style marketing.

And while we'll absolutely work on your business positioning and offers, I don't do the creative production side:

No branding or logo design. No graphic design. No website design or brand suites.

But I do have some great referrals!

What happens when we work together?

We start by figuring out what's actually going on, and what season your practice is in.

Then we identify what your practice needs—not what the internet says it needs.

Depending on where you are, that might mean refining your body of work, clarifying your offers, improving retention, building referral relationships, changing your pricing, creating a simpler marketing ecosystem, or redesigning the way your business fits into your life.

You won't leave with 47 things to implement.

You'll leave knowing what matters—and what to do next, this season.

What if I don't know what I need?

Perfect.

You don't have to.

That's part of the work.

You bring the questions. We get curious together.

Do you work virtually?

Yes. Coaching and programs are available online.

Still have questions?

You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out.
