Becky creates a beautiful, sacred space for women business owners to be in touch with their "woo" side and get down to business at the same time.
It's not like traditional networking events that are transactional. . . it's more about sharing, collaborating, and supporting each other. I made some wonderful connections, had some Ah-Ha! moments about my own business, and left feeling inspired. I'll definitely be going back!

Each gathering is rooted in the Wheel of the Year and includes a seasonal overview, a grounding meditation and journaling prompt, and space for each person to share what's alive in their work and life right now.

Each Ritual gathering is anchored to the season, not the calendar quarter. Winter roots and rests. Spring plants new offers. Summer's for visibility and harvest. Fall closes what didn't work.

Applied to business, it means your strategy shifts with the season instead of demanding constant, flat output. Winter roots. Spring plants. Summer grows. Fall harvests and releases.
Do I need to know anything about paganism or witchcraft to understand this? No. You don't need any spiritual background — just a willingness to notice that your energy already moves in seasons, whether your business plan admits it or not.
Do I need to be spiritual or witchy to attend? No. You need to be open to slowing down, going deeper, and being in community with women who take their work and values seriously. That's it.
