I've spent over 20 years in wellness, and I see this over and over:
Most wellness practitioners are really good at their work. And really exhausted by the business of it.
If I had a business card,
It would probably say 'small business consultant for wellness brands,' or 'coach for practitioners,' but that would negate my lived experience.
🌿 What wouldn't fit on the card:
At 18, I moved to Colorado and got obsessed with yoga, meditation, and the mind-body connection. Then massage therapy, then chiropractic school in Portland.
20 years on the practitioner side as a chiropractor and herbalist, working 1:1 with clients. I've studied and taught Craniosacral therapy and somatic practices in depth.
I built and sold two wellness businesses from scratch, including a multi-disciplinary wellness center in Portland that I ran for 10 years.
Motherhood has 100% been my biggest teacher. I’m raising three boys who are about to fly the nest. They're the reason I so desperately hold a different vision for the future.
I identify as an HSP and subscribe to the canary in the coal mine analogy — we're not broken, the culture is— Some of us are just early detectors.
I've navigated a chronic thyroid condition and bone-deep burnout. My body is the guardrail against my internalized capitalism and hustle culture.
I read about a book a week: philosophy, business, politics, ecology, economics, feminist theory, plant medicine, mysticism.
On a plant medicine journey, I saw centuries of women circling a fire. I can't unsee it.
Healing the sacred feminine and mothering (in all its forms) have always been my muse.
Ecofeminist Business Strategy. Writer. Educator. Guide.
A thriving business isn’t just about profit. It’s about building something that nourishes all of us, not just the bottom line.
What I Believe
anti-capitalist. eco-feminist. chiropractor. herbalist. recovering perfectionist (INFP, Cancer sun, aquarius moon).
✊ Taking time to dream, imagine and plan is anti-capitalist.
I’ll help you define what a sustainable practice looks like for you—and build the simplest possible path to get there.
Ethical Marketing for Wellness Practitioners
My clients are change-makers and paradigm shifters with a vision that reaches far beyond themselves or their bank accounts.
I support women who believe that entrepreneurship and collective liberation belong together. For us, healing work and business growth are not separate.
Most of my clients are micro–business owners in the wellness space: bodyworkers, coaches, and creatives running businesses with ten or fewer employees (and often, it’s just one woman doing everything).
They’re building businesses while also holding full lives. Many are navigating family responsibilities, chronic illness, care-taking, nervous system sensitivity, neurodivergence, or a deep commitment to values that intentionally limit how many hours they work.
They’re trying to build sustainable businesses that support their lives, their communities, and their values.
Stay Nourished
A weekly-ish self-care and business guide for women entrepreneurs who give a fu@k.
In these notes, I share reflections on running a sustainable, anti-capitalist, anti-hustle business—alongside personal stories of seasonal living, herbalism, somatic wisdom, and mothering.
It’s for women who want to grow their businesses without selling out, burn out, or giving up what really matters.
