About Me

Other than writing overly opinionated emails (my love language), I can usually be found reading, hiking in the woods, or gazing at the moon. 🌙 I’m a crunchy 40-something mom of three teenagers. I could eat tacos every single day (and sometimes I do). I live for live music, witchy rituals, cold lake swims, and deep conversations around a campfire. I adore strong coffee and quick-witted sarcasm. My finely-tuned bullshit meter has zero tolerance for bullies or bro culture. 🌱 I think plants are endlessly fascinating—Maybe even more so than humans. I like to do the opposite of what people tell me to do.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to mysticism, ritual, and the sacred feminine. I’ve spent my entire adult life supporting women in reclaiming their bodies, voices, creativity and power.
I help wellness practitioners build practices they love running — rooted in cycles, intuition, and pleasure, not hustle.
At the core of my work is one belief: You can build a practice you actually love running — and that practice can be a tool for cultural change.

From a very young age, we are taught how to be good workers. How to follow the rules. How to stand in line and be quiet and wait to be called on.
