About Me

Other than writing overly opinionated emails (my love language), I can usually be found reading, hiking in the woods, or gazing at the moon. I’m a crunchy 40-something mom of three teenagers. I could eat tacos every single day (and sometimes I do). I live for live music, witchy rituals, cold lake swims, and deep conversations around a campfire. I adore strong coffee and quick-witted sarcasm. My finely-tuned bullshit meter has zero tolerance for bullies or bro culture. I think plants are endlessly fascinating—Maybe even more so than humans. I like to do the opposite of what people tell me to do.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to mysticism, ritual, and the sacred feminine. I’ve spent my entire adult life supporting women in reclaiming their power, bodies, voices and creativity. Today, that work lives through Wildish.

I help wellness practitioners build sustainable practices — rooted in cycles, intuition, and pleasure, not hustle.
At the core of my work is one belief: You can build a practice you actually love running — and that practice can be a tool for cultural change.
